Triple Boxing is an amazing gym!  The trainers are professional and inspirational and are always available to answer your questions.  The classes are challenging but fun!  Since joining Triple Boxing back in October of 2010, I have lost 170lbs. – without spending countless hours lifting weights, walking/running on a treadmill or spending a small fortune on a personal trainer (I’ve done all of these in the past).  “Normal” gyms are very boring to me.  No camaraderie, no friendships being made, no fun!  Since becoming a member at Triple Boxing, I’ve made numerous, life-long friendships; not just with other members, but with the trainers as well.  When I walk in there, for me, it’s like coming home.  I’m comfortable, happy and content.  I thoroughly enjoy working out there as the trainers are always trying to challenge us and push us to “the next level”.  You’re able to work at your pace, but also strive to move forward under the watchful eye of a trainer. I find the membership fee extremely reasonable compared to other gyms, personal trainers and what-not. I personally have attended the Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay/Thai boxing classes that are available.  Each is different from one another and experiencing that has changed my life; not just physically, but mentally as well.  I give FULL credit to all the coaches at Triple Boxing for helping me become what I am today – a healthy, athletic, fit woman that is happier now than a year ago!  I could not have achieved my goals without Triple Boxing.  I was a 300lb woman wearing size 26 pants and 3XL shirts a year ago.  Today, I weigh 130lbs and wear a size 4/6 pant and small/medium shirt.  I have more muscle mass now and am in better shape than I was in high school at age 17!  All of this work hasn’t even seemed like work due to the fact that the classes are fun and the trainers/coaches are awesome!  Thank you Triple Boxing!

"I started my CrossFit kick back in October 2013 when I joined Triple Boxing. I had past experience working out in the gym, personal training, and also trying out other CrossFit gyms. I can honestly say this was a monumental point in my life because it changed my life so much. Triple boxing has not only changed my health/physical appearance tremendously, but has also taught me so much about fitness and nutrition. I now have a totally different view on a healthy lifestyle and how to obtain one.
I can say without a doubt that Triple Boxing is the best gym around not only because of the life change they gave me, but also because of everything they provide. They educate you on any fitness and nutrition information you want to know. And you can be 100% confident with the information they give you because of their past experiences and knowledge. I put full trust in the workouts they give because I've seen them work first hand, and because the coaches are some of the most knowledgeable people I've ever come to know. Compared to any other gym, their state of the art equipment and workouts make for the best gym possible for any goals you may have set.
All in all, I've had nothing but a life changing experience with Triple Boxing. Not only creating a better life for myself, but creating new uplifting relationships with the members and coaches of the gym. If your looking for a good way to get in shape or get into the fitness world, Triple Boxing is one of the best places to do so. I began studying Muay Thay under the tutelage of Dr. Parviz Nikkhoo at the age of 40 in 2000. Having played NAIA division 1 soccer, then rugby football at the University of Georgia and finally division 2 club rugby until the age  of 36, I was both surprised and amazed at both the intensity and physical demands of  Muay Thai. I have been training at Triple boxing on and off since the gym opened in 2006. This facility offers so much more than a traditional gym. The wealth of information concerning training techniques will challenge any athlete. Although the gym is fundamentally a boxing and martial arts facility, I have learned so much more than fighting techniques. By speaking with the staff of instructors my information concerning general health, fitness  and nutrition has grown significantly. My training regimen, used for years, has been sharpened and improved due to the positive critique by the staff there. At 50 yrs old , I feel my conditioning is close to the level it was at age 30. Finally the friendship and fellowship among the patrons more closely resembles that of a team sport than a gym.

My months at Triple Boxing have been awesome.  I was looking for an affordable gym with lots of great equipment to train over the summer, and this is the place.  The classes start every 30 minutes and last for an hour all afternoon.  I personally did each of the three classes and they were all very fun, but Kickboxing and Thai Boxing fit into my schedule better.  The instructors are superb, very sociable and funny, making it very easy to fit into the environment.  Whether you are here to lose weight or stay in shape this is probably the most fun you can possibly have while doing it, and I recommend Triple Boxing to everyone.

Well, first of all let me say that I have loved every minute of every workout since I started in 2010. My personal favorite class is the kickboxing class that Coach Billy teaches. My husband and children also come to Triple Boxing and enjoy other classes that are taught. My husband lost close to 100 lbs. and is a lot healthier than he was four years ago. I am much stronger than I used to be, and my energy level has gone up. I love the way I feel after a good workout. It has been a great experience for my and my family. You will not regreat coming to Triple Boxing.

I've been training at Triple Boxing for the last few years and have had nothing but positive results and experiences there.  This is not your typical gym found in Canton.  Triple Boxing is a professional training facility that focuses on many disciplines such as Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Karate and Crossfit.  The Coaches have an extensive knowledge base and are always willing and able to help.  Whether you are a beginner or have been working out for years, they focus on your individual skill level and ability in your quest to reach the next level of training.  Their personal desire to help you succeed keeps you motivated and ready to come back.  They have a great group of Coaches, top-notch equipment and a professional facility overall.  I would highly recommend Triple Boxing to family and friends.

We absolutely LOVE Triple Boxing & Ying Yang Crossfit!  The atmosphere is laid back and the people are no-pressure & easy-going, but all while creating an intense workout environment.  No mater what style (boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, karate, or crossfit), you always get a great workout from people who really know what they teach -- and it shows.
The coaches, staff, and fellow class members are all friendly and welcoming to all levels of experience.  I'll admit, I was nervous my first week of class considering I had never done any of this before.  They did a great job making me feel comfortable, all while teaching the basics so I can keep up.
The equipment is all modern and in great shape.  Class sizes are perfect.  Hours and class selections are wide for all types (morning, noon, and evening options).  The best thing...  you can do as many classes in as many styles as you want.  You can start off at your own pace and grow into as many classes a week as you want.  Mix it up and keep your body guessing!
Overall, it's one of the best values in town!  From someone who hates running on treadmills, elliptical machines, and just riding stationary bikes...  I actually look forward to an awesome cardio workout that leaves me drenched in sweat every time.
Head in for a trial class and give it a try!

I have been with Triple for almost two years & I absolutely LOVE it! These coaches keep you challenged & push you just a little more every day to get you exactly the results you asked for. The best part is you can choose what or how many classes you take, whether it be open until close everyday or just a few days a week this gym will get you into the fitness level you are striving for. The Coaches are knowledgeable & approachable. I highly recommend to everyone Triple Boxing and giving it a shot, I believe you will be happy you did! I have lost 60lbs so far here, & I know that you can do it too, just give it a shot! :)

I love this gym! I have been going here about a year and a half, and I am in the best shape I have been in since high school. This gym offers EVERYTHING to keep your body guessing. You never have to worry about getting bored and doing the same routine over and over again. You can take boxing, kickboxing, crossfit, muay thai, and more, giving you the ability to change it up. All of the coaches here are knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment is state of the art. Every day is a great experience. If you live anywhere in the vicinity of this gym, you should absolutely give it a try! I promise you'll be glad you did!

I have been with Triple Boxing for 8 years. I trained at the hwy 92 facility and now at the Canton, Riverstone Pkwy facility. Both are top notch, with premium equipment that is always clean. The owner and trainers are very professional and positive. I have trained under many Coaches, but I truly enjoy training under coaches that are knowledgeable and encouraging, and that is what you will get here at Triple Boxing. You only get out what you put in with any gym, but it helps when they push you and believe in you!

I have been training at triple for  years. This gym has everything you need to train to compete or  just get in shape.  They helped get me ready for the IKF world championships and many other events. The coaches are world class with real experience. You will not find a better boxing class and training in a competition ring is awesome. All the coaches genuinely care about their students well being and improvement.

KickBoxing/Crossfit Prepars the body “not only for the known, but also the unknown” is the mantra for CrossFit, CrossFit is one of the fastest growing strength and conditioning programs today. It is not a traditional, specialized training program like doing isolated weight lifting for a certain muscle or aerobics.  It's also a very tough workout -- not one to take lightly, especially if you're not active right now. CrossFit workouts are highly intense and do not take a long time to complete. You can get a great workout in a short period of time.

Triple Boxing is amazing whether you are looking to lose weight, learn self-defense, or just have fun. The coaches there are amazing and will work you hard, but you'll love them at the end of the class.  In just a few days I noticed a humongous difference in strength and size. The first day I went to the gym I weighed 250 pounds on the dot, but in just one week of training I lost 7.5 pounds before changing my diet. If you are looking at this and are thinking of trying a class, go on in and talk to Coach Billy or Coach Parviz. I promise you will love it and see results just like mine. Everyone there has a very good heart they will help you through everything. Thank you to everyone that has helped me.
